In the 1st quarter of 2009, the Russell’s Heating and Cooling team was rated 100% in all categories, by customers that responded to a survey that is sent to all that have had installation work performed at their home.
Customer satisfaction categories in the report include:
· Helpfulness
· Kindness
· Cleanliness
· Satisfactory Workmanship
· Would refer Russell’s to friends and neighbors
Past quarterly ratings were 99.4%, 98.64%, and 99.38% customer satisfaction rating. “Although those are pretty good ratings, I am really excited about achieving the honor of 100%!” Buddy Smith, President.
