Russell’s Heating & Cooling invests $250,000 each year to train our employees to offer the best possible experience from your first phone call to our service calls in your home and beyond. Our technicians complete driver improvement training so that they understand courteous and safe driving on the way to service calls. We conduct regular training sessions and ask for feedback from everyone we contact.
