All Russell's Heating and Cooling employees are required to memorize these statements, and to sign a "contract" stating that they will abide by these at all times and in all situations.

We believe these statements apply to everyone we have contact with; our fellow employees, customers, subcontractors, builders, other trades, vendors, and even the person next to us in traffic.

We also believe this applies to those people who are not directly engaged in doing business with us - such as your neighbors. Whenever we are working at your home we promise not only to respect you and your home, but your neighbors' as well.
